These Terms of Service govern your use of the CAMARON aquaculture intelligence platform, IoT hardware, and related services operated by Robic Rufarm India Private Limited Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CAMARON platform, IoT devices, mobile applications, APIs, or any related services provided by Robic Rufarm India Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms and that you are of legal age to enter into binding agreements. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date. Each account is assigned a role (e.g., farmer, technician, doctor, exporter) that determines your access level. You must not share your account or grant unauthorized access to the platform. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted Use & Restrictions

CAMARON is licensed as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform within your selected subscription tier for lawful aquaculture operations including water quality monitoring, disease detection, growth tracking, feed optimization, and market intelligence. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or IoT firmware. You may not use the platform to harvest data for competing products, transmit malware, or interfere with other users' access. Automated scraping or bulk data extraction without written authorization is prohibited. API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label any platform outputs.

Payment & Subscription Terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For detailed payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. CAMARON devices are available in wall-mount (₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000) and floating (₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000) configurations. IoT data credits are consumed based on sensor reading frequency, AI analysis calls, and cloud storage usage. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Overdue payments may result in service suspension. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom pricing and SLAs. See our Financial Policy and Refund Policy for full details.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CAMARON provides AI-powered recommendations, disease predictions, and market intelligence as decision-support tools — not as substitutes for professional veterinary, agricultural, or financial advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for regulated professional advice without independent expert oversight. While we strive for 95%+ sensor accuracy, environmental factors may affect readings. We are not liable for crop losses, financial damages, or health impacts resulting from reliance on platform outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill) to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, designs, trademarks, and proprietary technology within the CAMARON platform are owned by Robic Rufarm India Private Limited You retain ownership of your data (sensor readings, crop logs, pond configurations) and grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing our services. Anonymized, aggregated data derived from your usage may be used to improve our AI models and platform. The CAMARON name, logo, and device designs are registered trademarks. You grant us a limited license to host and process your user-generated content solely to provide the contracted services.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately and without prior notice for: material breach of these terms, non-payment of outstanding charges, security or fraud risk (including suspected unauthorized access, malware distribution, or data breach attempts), repeated or serious violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days in JSON, CSV, or Excel formats, after which it will be permanently deleted. We guarantee full data portability — your data, your format, no lock-in. You indemnify Robic Rufarm against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violation of these terms.

AI-Specific Terms

CAMARON uses AI across 20+ modules (disease detection, feed optimization, growth forecasting, water quality analysis, market intelligence, Delta-T analysis, conversational assistance, risk scoring, vision pipelines, and more). By using these features, you agree that: • You are responsible for your prompts, how you use AI outputs, and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated recommendations. • You must not use AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak or circumvent AI safety measures. • AI outputs are provided for your internal use and may not be resold or white-labeled. • We reserve the right to remove or restrict AI-generated content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that misuse AI features. • If you believe AI outputs infringe your intellectual property, contact ai-ethics@robicrufarm.com for takedown review. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana. Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law. Neither party may assign these terms without the other's consent, except that Robic Rufarm may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets.

Force Majeure & International Compliance

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, war, power failures, internet disruptions, or telecommunications failures. CAMARON is available globally wherever users self-serve via the web platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local regulations, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, India's DPDPA), export/import requirements, and aquaculture licensing. We support certification compliance tracking for ASC, BAP, and GlobalG.A.P. standards. Cross-border data transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses and encryption.
