Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. All CAMARON software subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which handles global tax compliance, invoicing, and currency conversion automatically. IoT device purchases may be processed separately via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for Indian customers. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice for enterprise accounts. Individual users must complete payment before device shipment or subscription activation. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email.

Recommended for farmers, technicians, doctors, and researchers. • Business — Export compliance (30+ countries), AI market intelligence, multi-farm aggregation, dedicated support. Recommended for exporters, hatcheries, and cooperatives. • Enterprise — Unlimited IoT devices, white-label reports, custom API integrations, SLA + dedicated account manager. Custom pricing available. CAMARON operates on an IoT credit system for cloud services. Credits are consumed based on: sensor data uploads (1 credit per reading batch), AI analysis calls (5–20 credits depending on model complexity), cloud storage (1 credit per 100MB/month), and SMS/call alerts (2 credits per notification). Credit allocations by plan: • Free: 500 credits/month • Starter: 5,000 credits/month • Pro: 15,000 credits/month • Business: 50,000 credits/month • Enterprise: Custom allocation Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Additional credit packs are available for purchase. Credit consumption is visible in real-time on your dashboard.

CAMARON IoT devices are available in 8 versions (V1–V8) across Wall Mount and Floating form factors: • V1–V3 (Entry-level, recommended for farmers & technicians): Wall Mount ₹50,000–₹55,000 | Floating ₹80,000–₹85,000. 3-parameter monitoring (DO, pH, Temp) with solar/battery options. • V4–V5 (Mid-range, recommended for doctors & lab techs): Wall Mount ₹80,000–₹1,00,000 | Floating ₹1,20,000–₹1,40,000. Full 5-parameter suite with underwater AI camera. • V6–V7 (Advanced, recommended for hatcheries & exporters): Wall Mount ₹1,20,000–₹1,30,000 | Floating ₹1,60,000–₹1,80,000. CAMARON offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all software subscriptions. All refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise contract cancellations are subject to the terms specified in the individual agreement.

All CAMARON devices carry a 1-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects, sensor calibration issues, and firmware failures. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress beyond IP68 rating limits, unauthorized modifications, or damage from electrical surges without proper grounding. Premium support (₹12,000/year) includes 24/7 priority response, on-site calibration visits (2 per year), and extended warranty coverage. Sensor probes have a recommended replacement cycle of 12–18 months depending on usage intensity and water conditions.

All CAMARON software subscriptions and purchases are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles global tax compliance, invoicing, currency conversion, and payment method support automatically. Supported payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and select local payment methods depending on your region. Your currency is auto-detected based on your location. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant with industry-standard encryption. Invoices unpaid after 30 days incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. After 60 days of non-payment, IoT data transmission services may be suspended (local device storage continues). After 90 days, the account may be referred to a collections agency. We provide at least 3 written notifications before any service suspension. Enterprise customers with payment disputes should contact finance@robicrufarm.com to initiate a formal resolution process. Service restoration after suspension requires full payment of outstanding balance plus a ₹2,000 reactivation fee.

CAMARON provides monthly usage reports detailing credit consumption, sensor uptime, API calls, and storage usage. Enterprise customers receive quarterly business reviews with ROI analysis comparing crop yields, feed efficiency, and mortality rates against pre-CAMARON baselines. All financial transactions are logged and auditable. We maintain compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and provide annual financial summaries upon request.
