Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect instantly with prorated credits. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

What's included in the Lite plan?

Lite is ₹199/mo ($2.49) and starts with a 14-day free trial — 1 pond, 12 core calculators, a 5-species reference, manual data entry, the feed formulation guide, and community support. AI quotas, IoT integration, and the Aqua Trading Hub unlock on Starter and above.

Can I manage multiple farms on one account?

Yes. Pro supports up to 3 ponds, Business up to 10 ponds, and Enterprise offers unlimited ponds. Multi-tenancy for FPOs and cooperatives is available on Business and above.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Absolutely. CSV and XLSX export is available on all paid plans. We guarantee full data portability — your farm data is always yours.

I'm an exporter — do I need IoT devices?

No. Exporters access verified crop traceability data produced by farmers. You subscribe to data transparency, not hardware. IoT devices are only for Production cluster roles who operate ponds.

Is hardware included in software pricing?

No. Software and hardware are priced independently. CAMARON IoT devices can be leased or purchased separately — available in the Production cluster only.
