This Acceptable Use Policy governs how customers and users may interact with the CAMARON platform operated by Robic Rufarm India Private Limited. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Permitted Use

The CAMARON platform is provided for lawful aquaculture management, data logging, marketplace trading, and AI-assisted analysis. Users may access features corresponding to their registered role and subscription tier. All use must comply with applicable Indian and international laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not: scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data without API access; create fake listings or manipulate marketplace prices; share login credentials or operate multiple accounts; upload malicious content, spam, or misleading disease reports; use AI outputs for purposes outside aquaculture operations; attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or platform infrastructure.

3. Data Accuracy Obligations

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the platform, including water quality logs, crop data, marketplace listings, and certification claims. Intentionally false data voids AI analysis accuracy guarantees and may result in account suspension.

4. Marketplace Conduct

Marketplace participants must declare true species, weight, certification status, and origin for all listings. Reviews must be honest and fact-based. No collusion between sellers to fix prices. Disputes must be attempted through platform channels before external legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

AI analysis outputs are for the customer's internal use only and may not be resold. Platform branding, logos, and visual assets may not be used without permission. Knowledge Hub content may be shared with attribution but not republished commercially. API consumers must not white-label CAMARON outputs.

6. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations follow a 3-strike policy: first offense results in a warning, second offense triggers a 7-day suspension, and third offense leads to permanent ban. Severe violations (fraud, data breach attempts, harassment) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning. Robic Rufarm reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice.

7. Reporting Violations

Users who witness policy violations should report them through the platform's support channels or email conduct@robicrufarm.com. All reports are investigated confidentially. Reporters are protected from retaliation.
